Tracy Shane Roberts, 44, Wamego, was arrested Monday evening on felony theft charges.
Captain Tim Hegarty of the RCPD said Roberts is accused of writing business checks from the Flint Hills Area Builders Association, 2601 Anderson Ave., for personal use. Loss to the builders group was $25,000.
