A 63-year-old Manhattan man was killed Wednesday in an explosion at a Junction City rock quarry.
The Geary County Sheriff’s Office reported that Stephen Hetzler of Manhattan working at Bayer Rock Quarry on Old Highway 6 west of Junction City.
