Nearly 180 concert-goers were cited for alcohol violations at the 2013 Country Stampede, officials announced recently.
Pottawatomie County Sheriff Greg Riat said 163 people were issued citations for minor in possession, 15 for transporting open container and one for furnishing alcohol to a minor.
