A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new Victory Center, 7285 Normandy Drive, took place Friday at Fort Riley.
The Victory Center houses Army wellness programs and the Family Fitness Training Center, as well as resiliency programs conducted by the Army Community Services Center.
